It’s 2 pm, your eyes are burning from too much screen time, you’re struggling to keep focus while your head starts aching – we‘ve all been there!
Instead of just pouring myself another cup of coffee and powering through, I like to stimulate both my mind and body with a little break and some light exercise.
One thing I like in particular are balance- and coordination excercises: they stimulate both my left and my right brain and help me connect the two in an entirely new way.
Its an easy way to loosen up a little in the middle of a long work day, get a fresh blow of energy and creativity and practice some self care, all at the same time!
